This 44-unit townhome community is located in beautiful Middletown, NY in Orange County. The homes are available in three different floor plans all of which have three floors. Each home has a two-car garage and two-and-a-half bathrooms. Depending on the floor plan the homes are available in either two or three bedrooms. Each home offers nine-foot first floor ceilings, a patio, deck, wood cabinetry, granite countertops, and GE appliances. Amenities of the property include a swimming pool, a pond, a clubhouse, two tennis courts, a playground, a gazebo, and breathtaking landscapes.

The Marketing and Advertising Plan For This Real Estate Development:

The first step was to review the property including features, amenities, location, and price as well as perform a detailed market analysis. Due to its convenient location and affordable prices we determined that the target market for this property were young families and frequent commuters to New York City. Our media list included Orange, Rockland, Westchester, and Dutchess Counties, as well as New York City in order to increase visibility.
