Local Law Firm Launches Employee Enrichment Program
Speakers and Events will focus on Positive Productivity

Newburgh & Albany

Firm Communications Director Danielle Mackey announced today that Finkelstein & Partners LLP, one of New York State’s largest personal injury law firms, has launched an enrichment program for their 250+ employees throughout New York and New Jersey. “The goal of this firm-sponsored series is to enable our employees to be more productive and positive people in their professional and personal roles by offering them, their families and loved ones, the opportunity to learn more about topics that they have expressed an interest in.” She continued, “This involves several different initiatives, including a seminar series that will feature professional speakers and authors who will lecture across a breadth of subjects ranging from physical health to stress management, to positive productivity.” The firm will also begin offering “brown bag lunches” and monthly “volunteer of the month” communications to highlight employees’ various community volunteer efforts.

The firm welcomes Ellie Savoy, a Board Certified Holistic Health Coach and the author of the #1 international best-selling book “Stop Dieting Start Living: 5 Foundations for Your Health to Permanently Lose Weight Without Dieting Starvation or Suffering in Silence” as the first featured speaker in the seminar series. Says Ms. Savoy, “It is exciting to see larger companies like Finkelstein & Partners supporting and encouraging the concept that physical health and wellbeing is a fundamental component of productivity. I applaud the firm for undertaking this effort, and look forward to helping their employees making positive changes.”

Managing Partner Andrew G. Finkelstein spent much of 2017 meeting and speaking with small groups of employees to identify concerns and interests. “One of the nice things that came out of our conversations was the employees’ desire to spend more time together socializing and learning”, he noted. “We are going to give them the opportunity to do just that. Departments will receive a stipend towards group activities; we will offer different speakers on both legal and non-legal topics and we’re going to highlight all of the fantastic volunteer work our employees do in our community.”
