There are many reasons why people may have different opinions about it.

They also believe that if they eat less food, then they will lose weight. But, what happens when you actually start to diet? You might gain back some of your lost weight but you won’t become thin. If you want to lose weight, then you need to eat less than what your body needs. Eating too little calories will cause fat storage which will lead to your weight gain. You might get skinny if you start eating healthy food but once you consume enough calories from junk foods, then your body starts storing those extra calories as fat instead of burning them for energy. These factors are your starting weight, gender, age, height and physical activity level (this is how much exercise you do on a regular basis).

Your starting weight is important since it will determine how much weight you actually lose. If you are overweight and obese, then it will be easier for you to lose weight than a morbidly obese person who is already thin. Another factor is exercise. You might be able to lose more weight by walking or running outside or doing weight training at the gym.

As a general rule of thumb, people think that they can lose up to 10 pounds in one month through dieting and exercise. That’s not true! Most people who try to lose this much weight in a month end up gaining it back. But, losing 5 pounds per week is probably a lot for someone who is obese. You might not lose weight at all or you might lose only 1 pound per week, which will make you very disheartened. But, if you are overweight and just obese, then you will probably lose a lot of weight since obese people have lots of fat stored in their bodies so they can shed large amount of weight in a short amount of time.

As for someone who is slightly overweight, they probably won’t lose as much weight in a shorter period of time. But, if they start exercising and changing their eating habits, then they should lose about a pound per week which is a safe rate to lose weight at.

A person who is underweight probably won’t lose any weight in a month. But, they should start gaining weight at a steady pace. This is a good way of gaining weight since underweight people don’t have much fat stored in their bodies and they can easily gain weight.

A person who is very muscular might not lose any weight. But, they should start losing muscle if they are skinny and gain muscle if they are buff.
